<p>Ann Saviki is the most respected and well-known member of the Savi Faction's order of Pranic 'mediums'. The geography and land mass of 5th Dimension is formed from the energetic 'ground' of primordial energy (known as Prana) and through the control and manipulation of this energy new land mass is manifested within 5th Dimension as a function of collective willpower. A handful of rare and gifted individuals have been born throughout the ages with the ability to exert perfect control over the Prana and in so doing reshape the very substance of space-time within 5th Dimension. Anna is one such individual, and she has been responsible for terraforming more new landmass than any other living citizen of the Savi Faction whose members revere her like a saint and treat her like a rock star.</p>
